PUBG esports is rising on the new level. The biggest PUBG esports league starts on March 21st. It is called PUBG Europe League and sponsored by the developer itself. By signing Finnish stack Saunabois Winstrike Team becomes the part of this event as well.

What is PEL?
PUBG Europe League is professional esports league by PUBG Corp. and StarLadder, divided in three leagues:
Schedule and format
PEL’s first phase starts on March 21st and lasts for three weeks till April 7th. 4 days a week – Thursday, Friday, Saturday and Sunday – teams will be playing 5 games each per day. LAN qualifier top-10 plus 6 invited teams are participating.
Depending on the result, teams will get points according to their performance:
Each kill will be counted as 1 piont.
Maps: Erangel and Miramar
1st round: 18:00 CET
2nd round: 19:00 CET
3rd round: 19:45 CET
4th round: 20:45 CET
5th round: 21:45 CET
At the end of the each phase there will be a LAN final – for example, FACEIT Global Summit for the end of the first phase. The vent will be held in London since 16th to 21st of April. European teams will face their rivals from another regions: China, North and Latin America, Taiwan, South Korea, Japan and South-East Asia.
1 million euro is the global prize pool for the whole year.
225,000$ is the prize pool for the first phase divided by follows:
1 place: 75,000$
2 place: 50,000$
3 place: 35,000$
4 place: 25,000$
5 place: 15,000$
6 place: 10,000$
7-8 place: 7,500$
Additionally prize pool will become bigger due to ingame purchases.
